Youthful, urban and trendy: Frozen Jungle launched in Ghana

The official Launch and Exhibition of Frozen Jungle Clothing took place on Saturday 22nd December at Kobis Event Centre, East Legon. After three years of serving the city’s young and trendy lovers of urban-inspired clothing, the founders decided to expand the reach of the company by formally launching the brand.

Frozen Jungle specializes in the design and production of urban clothing and accessories for the modern Ghanaian.

“We believe it’s our duty to supply clothing which represents the modern, trendy and fashion conscious Ghanaian”.

“Our name itself represents a break away from the normal. A Frozen Jungle is like nothing else, a unique place where cool, good looking people suddenly find themselves; and dull boring people can spend a lifetime looking for. In a world full of restrictions and rules, it is easy to lose sight of who you really are. But in the jungle, a world that is wild and free, with no limits, you have the freedom and the power to be who you are. The frozenJungle is forever. It never changes. It is timeless with no rules. Become you. Be truly alive. FrozenJungle. Find yourself.  We urge all those yet to follow our movement to break away from the norm, find themselves and enter the Frozen Jungle”.

Established in 2009 by Jarrod Reese Laryea-Ocansey, Cecil Boamah-Mensah and Chris Sottie; three friends with a common passion for clothing and modern urban design, the Frozen Jungle movement has grown steadily as a company and now has a strong following mostly in tertiary institutions in Accra and Kumasi, as well as other parts of the country.
